For more than twenty years, I’ve walked alongside women through some of life’s most demanding seasons.
I know what it feels like when life becomes so heavy that finding a way through feels impossible. That’s part of why I am passionate about this work — and why I take it so seriously.
Our sessions are collaborative — there is no agenda but yours, and together we begin to untangle what’s been in the way.
I am also a cofounder of an international nonprofit organization serving women and families in underserved communities, with ongoing work in Thailand since 2010. This work continues to show me what women are capable of — even in the most impossible circumstances.
